Zero tolerance. StretchLingo has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. Content that is harassing, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable is prohibited, and accounts that post it may be removed.
By creating an account and using StretchLingo, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 13 years old. You're responsible for your account and for the content you post — squad names, usernames, comments, chat messages, and proof photos.
Squads work because people are supportive. When you post, keep it respectful. Do not:
If you see something that breaks these rules, report it (press and hold a post, comment, or message, or tap the flag on a photo) and block the person so you no longer see their content. We review reports and act on violations — including removing content and terminating accounts — typically within 24 hours.
You keep ownership of what you create. You grant StretchLingo permission to store and display your content to your squad so the app can work. Proof photos are removed automatically after about two weeks. You can delete your account and content at any time in the app (Settings → Delete Account).
StretchLingo is for general wellness and is not medical advice. Stretch within your own limits and stop if something hurts. Consult a professional before starting any new exercise routine.
